Project Directors and Secretary-Treasurer

As PDs, our main objective is to set the direction of Project iRemember after discussion with our committee members.

Within the committee, we organise meetings during which we work to craft and improve our initiatives to align with iRemember's vision and goals. Externally, we communicate with our project mentors, experts and partner organisations to refine and execute our plans.

As Secretary-treasurer, the responsibilities involve taking down meeting minutes and handling the finances. Managing the treasury involves having to source for grants to ensure we have the resources to carry out our initiatives, keeping track of all expenses made, and helping the committee get reimbursed for payments made by us!
